can at times far outweigh the cost of actually producing your product.
One way our customers benefit from working with us is by taking
advantage of our warehousing and distribution facilities. Along
with our Valley Stream Headquarters and our New Jersey office, we
have two other warehouse facilities in Farmingdale, New York and
Bohemia, New York. We also have agreements with many of our manufacturers
that allows us access to additional space. By allowing MTM to manage
their entire project from production to fulfillment, our customers
save on shipping and inventory management cost.

MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
Our Forms Management Program was designed to meet all our customer's
needs. We have the ability to customize it to fit your needs. Some
of the features available to you through this system are requisitioning,
cost accounting, reporting and cataloging. Please call for an appointment with any of our sales personnel.

WAREHOUSING
With facilities in both New York & New Jersey plus storage from our
network of manufacturers around the country we have the ability to
store customer products where they would be most cost effective to
the customer. Customers also benefit from our computer linked warehouses that allow us to access inventories upon request. Warehousing costs are determined on a per project basis.

DISTRIBUTION AND FULFILLMENT
Your orders can be shipped anywhere in the country from our Pick and
Pack Warehouse Facilities. MTM offers its customers easy requisitioning
for stored items and same day turn around in most cases. Packages
are shipped by best available carrier that meets the needs of the
customer either by, air or truck. A custom online ordering process is available. Please call for more details.

INVENTORY
MANAGEMENT
As part of our Forms Management Program, we provide our customers
with inventory control, shipment tracking and reporting on a daily,
weekly or monthly basis as needed. |

ADVERTISING
SPECIALTIES AND PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
At MTM, we have partnered with the prestigious Advertising Specialty
Institute (ASI), giving our customers access to hundreds of thousands
of specialty and promotional products. We have the ability to find
the right item to fit our customers' needs.

AND DESIGN
Our experienced staff can guide you from start to finish on a project
and make sure the end result is the design you had envisioned. All
Artwork and Design is done in house, either in our Valley Stream,
NY Headquarters or our Hackensack, NJ office. |

DIRECT
MAILING
We offer our customers many options when it comes to direct mailing.
We can produce the entire job from start to finish. We can simply
handle the actual mailing for the customer or a combination of the
two in which the customer provides a portion of the mailing and asks
